Debbie

Debbie is a Board Certified Polarity and Holistic Health Practitioner with over a decade of research, education and practice in Polarity Therapy, Elemental Reflexology, CranioSacral Therapy, Essential Oils, and Meditation. Deb is also a DoTerra wellness advocate. As a Holistic Health Practitioner, Debbie provides health care from a ‘whole person’ perspective; body, mind, emotion, energy, spirit and environment. She uses different bodywork and energetic techniques, but all integrate a wholeness approach to reinforce the idea that everything matters in the journey to optimum health. Debbie works with several holistic therapies including Polarity, CranioSacral, and Elemental Reflexology which work in combination to aid healing and vitality. Polarity Therapy takes the whole person into consideration and uses energetic touch and acupressure to release energy blocks and restore balance. CranioSacral Therapy complements Polarity through strategic light touch designed to restore energetic vitality and flow in the spinal column. Reflexology helps to ground these practices through hands-on pressure points on feet and hands to targeted areas of needed support. Weaving these core bodywork therapies together into a profound healing and life-giving session is Debbie’s unique specialty.
